FAQ

All our clothing is custom handmade to order in the USA. Please allow up to 10 business days for production and shipping of your apparel.

Canvases are made to order and on average take 4-7 Business Days to produce.

Once your items ships, you will receive a tracking number and should expect your package to arrive within 2-5 days within the US. International Packages will take longer to arrive. During the holidays, production time may take longer.

USA:

Shipping within the US starts at $4.95 for apparel and goes up slightly for canvases. We offer Free Shipping in the US on every order $100 or above (before tax or discounts).

International:

International shipping is calculated at checkout by weight. Currently we do not offer any free shipping options for international orders.

Vibe Wild is based out of New Jersey.

Our all-over-print hand-sewn apparel is produced in sunny California and always ships from our California center.

Our Canvases are also produced and shipped from the USA. We have a few different facilities so depending on your location it may ship out of our NY facility or one of our mid or west-coast facilities.

We also have a Canvas facility in the UK which helps produce for our international orders as well.

We want you to always have a smile on your face even if you decide the item you received just isn't for you. We will gladly accept returns of any new items within 14 days of receiving your item. Please understand these items have to be new. Any items that have been worn, used, washed or damaged will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customers expense.

We understand it's not the easiest to order clothing and accessories online. We do everything possible to make sure our customers have a happy buying experience. We offer a 14 day exchange window so you can easily exchange your item if you ordered the wrong size. Please view or Size Guide prior to ordering to help you order the correct size. Thank you!
